Bentonite Clay is an absorbent type of clay that forms after volcanic ash ages. Bentonite Clay is an off-white colour in appearance and is a fine powder. This clay is commonly utilized in facial masks, mud masks, body wraps, moisturizers, deodorants, sunscreens, and makeup. The presence of Montmorillonite in Bentonite also allows this clay to have detoxifying abilities by binding to and drawing out toxins and impurities in the skin.
