Dandelion + Nettle - for damaged hair and balances oil production for dry or oily scalps
This apple cider vinegar (ACV) infusion works great as a rinse that promotes healthy, shinier hair and while balancing oily production with added benefits from healing botanicals that both nourish the hair and soothe the scalp.
ACV is packed with tons of healthy hair benefits! It balances hair pH and unclogs the scalp and hair from sweat, dead skin cells and other residues – clarifying, softening and volumizing hair without weighing strands down with fillers like silicone and oils. In addition, anti-microbial properties of ACV help to calm scalp conditions including dandruff.
Dandelion is loaded with vitamins and minerals that promote healthier shinier hair while balancing oil production - making this a great choice for those with damaged hair and a dry or oily scalp. Nettle leaves help balance oil production in both dry and oily scalp, and contains silica and sulphur which improves hair strength and shine. Lavender balances oil production as well while Shikakai strengthens hair and adds bounce. All of these botanicals are further packed with hair nourishing anti-oxidants, nutrients and minerals.
This rinse also acts as an in-shower detangler and defrizzer that adds shine to hair. It also makes a great follow-up step when transitioning to shampoo soap bars (check out any of our soap bars for more details). 250 ml.
Directions: Mix 8 parts water to 1 part of this concentrated blend in a squirt bottle. Apply to your scalp and hair after shampooing. Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse.
