Why Oil Cleansing?
It sounds counter-intuitive, but many makeup removers include oil as it has the ability to lift oil-free, oil-based, and waterproof formulas from your skin and lashes.
Research has shown that soap or detergent-based cleansers can irritate your skin, cause excessive dryness, exacerbate acne, and strip it of its natural oils causing an increase in oil production after washing, whereas oil-based cleansers lock in moisture, protect against acne and infections, lift your own skin's sebum, clean clogged pores, and remove dead skin and pollutants while protecting and preserving your skin's natural lipid layer and "good" acne-fighting bacteria.

Sweet Orange and Lime Essential Oils work to break down and lift excess oils, tighten skin, and combat acne with their anti-bacterial properties while bringing you a refreshing and uplifting aroma to start your day.
Lavender Essential Oil keeps your pores clean and fresh by fighting bacteria and soothing any redness, inflammation, and acne.

Directions: Rub onto your face and/or eyes to remove dirt + makeup. Apply a warm wet face cloth over your face + let sit until cooled. Gently wipe away oil with the cloth.
